Fonterra ta yi haɗin gwiwa da wani kamfani mai suna Superbrewed Food, wanda ke da nufin magance karuwar buƙatar furotin mai gina jiki mai dorewa a duniya.
Haɗin gwiwar zai haɗa dandalin furotin na biomass na Superbrewed tare da sarrafa kiwo na Fonterra, sinadaran da ƙwarewar aikace-aikace don haɓaka sinadaran furotin na biomass masu wadataccen abinci mai gina jiki.
Superbrewed ta sanar da ƙaddamar da furotin ɗin biomass ɗinta mai lasisi, Postbiotic Cultured Protein, a farkon wannan shekarar. Sinadarin furotin ne wanda ba shi da sinadarin GMO, wanda ba shi da allergens kuma mai yawan sinadarai, wanda aka yi ta amfani da dandamalin fermentation na kamfanin.
